EB-5 VISA PROGRAM
FOR INTERNATIONAL INVESTORS
The EB-5 Visa Program allows eligible investors and their immediate family to get Permanent Residency - Green Cards in the U.S., through an investment of USD$800,000 in a qualified project.
Congress created the EB-5 Program in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. This program administered by the USCIS, is known as EB-5 for the name of the Employment-Based Fifth Preference Visa that participants receive.
Under this program, investors (and their spouses and unmarried children under 21 years old) are eligible to apply for a Green Card (Permanent Residency) if they make the necessary investment in a qualified commercial enterprise in the United States that will create or preserve 10 permanent full-time jobs for U.S. workers.
